We designed two new community websites in Switzerland. Commisioned by the same client, the sites shared the same basic grid structure, layout and code but were targeted at completely different audiences. While Blackbeat.ch targets the urban music and hiphop market utilizing dark and blingy visuals, Cocuna.ch appeals much more to the surfer/skater/boarder youth crowd by being very colourful, sunny and playing off the concept of Cocuna being an untouched (and completely fictional) island in the pacific ocean. It’s true, twins can have totally opposite personalities.
